(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while the voltage is present, yet without load.
The switch is expertly designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet ingenious structure that ensures cost-effectiveness and effortless operation. It offers an array of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. These switches are artfully composed of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a robust mechanical section. The inclusion of a gate knife structure facilitates the seamless opening and closing of circuits. Distinctively, each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operations are performed with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Crafted for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: Maximum peaks at +40°C, while minimum dips to -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered for seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch’s insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regular annual inspections should be carried out on the following switch components:
Meticulously remove any accumulation of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, focusing particularly on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surfaces on all conductive parts to ensure optimal functionality.
