The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also proudly recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for dependable operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It offers the capability to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring safety and reliability without handling the load.
Crafted for single-phase deployment in three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward design, affordability, and intuitive operation. Available in a range of rated currents from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches are constructed with a robust base, high-quality post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures seamless circuit operation, with each phase's gate knife equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs for optimal contact pressure, adjustable via spring height. The switch is smoothly operated using an insulated hook stick and incorporates a secure self-locking mechanism for added safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates efficiently in ambient temperatures, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN OPERATING CONDITIONS SURPASS THE ABOVE NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure optimal performance:
Thoroughly remove any accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle exterior.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts maintain optimal condition and functionality.
