Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. This innovative device is your go-to solution for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Ideal for safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present, it ensures unparalleled reliability in all your high voltage operations.
Expertly crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, our switch boasts a straightforward design, offering cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. Available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches feature a robust base, high-quality post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for efficient circuit control, each phase's gate knife consists of dual conductive blades enhanced with external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, you achieve optimal contact pressure for seamless operation. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick for safe and efficient activation, incorporating a built-in self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Operates optimally at outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensity levels up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the installation environment is free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE ARE EXCEEDED, CUSTOMERS ARE WELCOME TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Remove any accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain operational efficiency.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure that all contact surfaces of the conductive parts are in optimal condition.
