(H)GWBEB Type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, also renowned as the Isolation Disconnect Switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present, yet without load.
Crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated structure, economic viability, and user-friendly nature. It offers a versatile range of rated currents comprising 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch incorporates a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Its gate knife design facilitates circuit operations, consisting of a pair of conductive blades per phase, complemented by external compression springs for optimal performance. Adjusting the spring height fine-tunes the requisite contact pressure. Operations are conducted with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for security.
Working Environment:
Operational altitude must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity threshold is 35 meters/second;
Seismic resistance up to 8 degrees; installation venues should remain free from recurrent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could severely compromise the switch’s insulation and conductive properties.

Annual Inspection Recommendations:
Consistently clear dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Vigilantly inspect all components for signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or harm.
Ensure the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
