Introducing the exceptional (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, your robust solution for seamless power management. Known interchangeably as an isolation disconnect switch, this state-of-the-art device is meticulously engineered for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at efficiently opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, even with voltage present, though not under load. Ideally suited for 10(12, 15, 24)kV applications, it exemplifies versatility and reliability.
Optimized for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward design, making it both economical and user-friendly. It supports a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The construction includes a durable base, robust post insulators, excellent conductive components, and a precision mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife mechanism ensures secure circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades supported by external compression springs. By finely tuning the spring height, optimal contact pressure is effortlessly achieved. Operating the switch is a breeze, thanks to the insulated hook stick used for its seamless opening and closing, complemented by an intuitive self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring reliable performance.
Withstands ambient temperatures from a chilly -30°C to a scorching +40°C, accommodating diverse climates.
Engineered to function seamlessly in outdoor conditions with wind speeds up to 35 meters/second.
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with the installation site free from rigorous vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could impair the switch's insulation and electrical performance.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS BEYOND THE STATED LIMITS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection to ensure optimal performance of the switch:
Eliminate dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle exterior.
Meticulously examine all components for damage, with particular scrutiny on the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of each conductive part is in pristine condition.
