(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, affectionately referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for pivotal roles in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device orchestrates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while managing the presence of voltage without the encumbrance of load.
This switch, specifically designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, stands out with its straightforward construction, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and intuitive ease-of-use. It offers a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. These exemplary switches comprise a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical configuration. A sophisticated gate knife structure effectuates the opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously contrived with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on each side. The requisite contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is adeptly achieved through the adjustment of the spring height. Operation is executed with precision using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing maneuvers, and the switch features a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude gracefully capped at 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature ranges: soaring to a maximum of +40°C and dipping to a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity humbly restricted to 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity prudently not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation locale should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check on the following switch components:
Cleanse the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the exterior of insulating porcelain bottles of any debris.
Inspect each component for possible damage, with heightened attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of cracks or impairment.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
