(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution networks. It enables the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, though not under load conditions.
Tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward architecture, offering both cost-efficiency and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches comprise a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive components, and an advanced mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By modifying the spring height, the precise contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operated with an insulated hook stick, this switch offers effortless opening and closing, complete with a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operations viable in ambient temperatures: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Engineered for seismic intensity levels up to 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent, severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, and excessive dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE CONDITIONS FOR NORMAL USE BE EXCEEDED, USERS CAN INITIATE NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, focusing specifically on the insulating porcelain bottle for potential cracks or damage.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition.
