Our (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in managing the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage without engaging the load.
Engineered for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its streamlined design, excellent cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Offered in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it features a robust assembly comprising a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure, integral to its function, utilizes two conductive blades per phase, accented with external compression springs. These springs' height can be adjusted to secure optimal contact pressure, ensuring superior performance. An insulated hook stick facilitates safe operation, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions: maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity must remain below 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity must not surpass 8 degrees, and the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive media that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION AND GUIDANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, perform a detailed inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove dirt from conductive elements, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to checking the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or structural issues.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface maintains pristine condition.
