Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also famed as the isolation disconnect switch. This product is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its purpose? To enable seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage presence, all without load. It stands as a beacon of innovation in high-voltage circuit management.
This remarkable switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. Revel in its straightforward design, unmatched cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Choose from an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch boasts a robust build with a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Ingeniously designed, it utilizes a gate knife structure for circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs flanking both sides. Simply adjust the spring height to secure the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operate effortlessly using an insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing actions, all while enjoying the benefits of a self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain peak performance.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with a special focus on identifying cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure superior performance.
