Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle of engineering excellence designed specifically for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This state-of-the-art disconnector is crafted to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits seamlessly, even with voltage present, ensuring unmatched reliability and safety.
Crafted with precision, this switch is ideal for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a remarkable combination of simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each switch is composed of a robust base, solid post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a durable mechanical section. Its innovative gate knife structure, featuring dual conductive blades with external compression springs, ensures optimal circuit management. By adjusting the spring height, you achieve perfect contact pressure. Ease of operation is guaranteed with an insulated hook stick and a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered for seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; optimal for installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance: diligently inspect the following components of the switch:
Regularly cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak efficiency.
Conduct a thorough examination of all parts for damage, with particular emphasis on identifying any harm or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts are in pristine condition, confirming reliable performance.
