Introducing the exceptional (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly revered as an isolation disconnect switch. Engineered for deployment in the demanding arenas of 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch elegantly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. It operates seamlessly without load, even when voltage is present, ensuring reliable performance in every scenario.
This switch is a marvel of simplicity and functionality, tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward structure, unrivaled cost-effectiveness, and intuitive usability. The switch supports an array of rated currents, comprising 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Its design encompasses a robust base, sturdy post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife assembly facilitates the opening and closing mechanisms. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, fortified with external compression springs on either side. Fine-tuning the spring height guarantees optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The operation utilizes a secure insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing actions, while a self-locking device enhances reliability.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, this switch is built to perform.
Handles varied ambient temperatures, with maximums not above +40°C and minimums not below -30°C.
Withstands outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second, ensuring durability.
Capable of operating in seismic conditions up to 8 degrees; ideally installed where severe vibrations are infrequent.
Installation sites should ideally be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Regularly cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain efficiency.
Examine all parts for potential damage, focusing on identifying any impairments or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in prime condition.
