(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, even when voltage is present, but without any load. This switch is indispensable in ensuring safe and reliable circuit management.
Designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its straightforward structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. It comes in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's components are a base, robust post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure facilitates the opening and closing of the circuit. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the required contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The switch operation is conducted using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing maneuvers, and it includes a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: maximum should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not fall below -30°C;
The exterior wind speed must not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should remain below 8 degrees; the installation site must not be prone to frequent intense vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive media that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL CONDITIONS FOR USE BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Conduct a thorough annual check of the following switch components:
Ensure removal of dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive part.
