(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation disconnect switch, often referred to as an isolation switch, is meticulously engineered for utilization on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is specifically crafted to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while under load-free conditions but with voltage present, ensuring optimal operational reliability.
Designed with precision for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It boasts a variety of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a well-designed mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure is employed for circuit engagement and disengagement. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides, where the spring height can be adjusted to achieve the desired contact pressure. Operating the switch is simplified with an insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing actions, and it is equipped with a reliable self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Suitable for installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to function within an ambient temperature range: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not going below -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Resilient against seismic activities with an intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent intense vibrations.
Ideal installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components for optimal operation:
Ensure all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface are free from dirt and debris.
Thoroughly check all components for damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts remain in excellent condition.
