Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle of engineering designed for optimal performance on power transmission and distribution lines. Perfect for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage systems, this switch adeptly manages single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring seamless operation with voltage present, without load connection.
Engineered for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, this switch embodies simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. It offers rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, tailored to meet diverse operational needs. Crafted with precision, it comprises a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a sophisticated mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates secure circuit engagement and disengagement, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades enhanced by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Operated via an insulated hook stick, the switch boasts a reliable self-locking mechanism for added safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Efficiently operates in ambient temperatures from a chilly -30°C to a sweltering +40°C;
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds up to a formidable 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in locations without frequent severe vibrations.
Recommended installation sites are free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other corrosive mediums that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections on these switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain performance.
Inspect all parts for damage, with particular focus on identifying cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of conductive parts remains in excellent condition for uninterrupted service.
