(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, elegantly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This masterpiece is designed to effortlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with the voltage ever-present.
Crafted for single-phase functionality within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, economic value, and user-friendly operation. It is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations, each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, accented by external compression springs on either side. The adjustable spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operated with an insulated hook stick for precise opening and closing actions, it boasts a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Optimal Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Crafted to withstand an ambient temperature ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, with the installation site strategically chosen to avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Important Note:
WHEN EXCEEDING THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ABOVE, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.

Routine Maintenance: Check and Inspect the Following Parts of the Switch Annually:
Rigorously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles for optimal performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure flawless operation.
