The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is a meticulously engineered device crafted to perform flawlessly on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence and without carrying load. This switch embodies cutting-edge technology and reliability, making it an indispensable component in modern energy distribution systems.
Designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its simplistic architecture, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. It is available in a versatile range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The comprehensive design includes a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Utilizing an advanced gate knife structure, the switch ensures smooth opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades and is equipped with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the required contact pressure for the gate knife is meticulously achieved. A reliable insulated hook stick facilitates operational ease for opening and closing actions, complemented by a built-in self-locking device for enhanced safety and stability.
Optimal Working Environment Criteria:
Altitude: Must be within 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Maximum limit is +40°C, while the minimum is -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Should not surpass 35 meters per second;
Seismic Intensity: Should be no more than 8 degrees; The installation site must not be prone to frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
