Product Description

(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as 'fuse') is meticulously engineered for outdoor overhead distribution systems, boasting a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage spectrum of 10kV to 40.5kV. This fuse serves as a crucial protective element for circuits and electrical equipment, defending against overloads or short circuit faults within the power system. In normal operations, the fuse is elegantly integrated in series within the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with a secure, locked movable joint. Upon line failure, the fault current prompts the fuse to blow, swiftly releasing the movable joint and dropping the fuse tube to effectively sever the circuit. This mechanism ensures paramount safety protection, facilitating maintenance of lines and equipment. Furthermore, the load type fuse is enhanced with elastic contacts and an arc extinguishing cover, elevating its capability to seamlessly open and close the load current in the power system.

The fuse strictly adheres to esteemed technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 which governs outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions.

Working Environment:

Ambient temperature: Ranging from a chilly -40°C to a warm +40°C;

Relative humidity: The daily average should not exceed 95%, while the monthly average should remain below 90%;

Altitude: The installation site should not exceed an altitude of 3000 meters;

Wind speed: Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 34 meters per second;

Installation site: Ensure a safe and hazard-free environment, devoid of fires, explosion risks, and chemical corrosive gases, while maintaining excellent ventilation.
