Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, famously known as the isolation disconnect switch. Perfectly engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch is adept at opening and closing single or three-phase circuits while keeping the voltage present intact, but without handling the load.
Meticulously crafted for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch shines with its uncomplicated structure, affordability, and user-friendliness. Offering rated current options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it includes a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure, consisting of two conductive blades with external compression springs, ensures seamless opening and closing operations. By adjusting the spring height, you achieve the precise contact pressure needed for optimal gate knife performance. An insulated hook stick facilitates effortless operations, while a self-locking feature ensures safety.
Working Environment:
Engineered for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures ranging from a chilling -30°C to a warm +40°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Resilient against seismic intensities not surpassing 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could detrimentally impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual thorough inspection of the following switch parts:
Purify conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces by removing any accumulated dirt.
Examine each component for damages, with special attention to detecting any cracks or damages in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the quality of the conductive part's contact surface, ensuring integrity and conductivity.
