Introducing our (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch-a cutting-edge solution blending reliability and efficiency for your power transmission needs. This isolation disconnect switch is meticulously engineered for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, facilitating seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. These actions occur without load, yet maintain voltage presence, ensuring optimal performance.
Ideally crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch excels with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendliness. Choose from rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, tailored for diverse requirements. Key components include a robust base, reliable post insulators, conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife mechanism enhances circuit operation, opening and closing with precision. Each phase's gate knife integrates dual conductive blades, fortified with external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tune the spring height for optimal contact pressure. Operate with an insulated hook stick, supported by a self-locking feature for safety.
Working Environment:
Ensure an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Maintain ambient temperature: maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Operate where outdoor wind speeds do not surpass 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; Select installation sites that avoid frequent severe vibrations.
Choose installation sites free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections on these switch components:
Diligently clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Examine all parts for possible damage, focusing particularly on any harm or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition.
