(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, affectionately known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution systems. This sophisticated device enables the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without the burden of load, while voltage remains present, ensuring operational prowess.
The switch, ideal for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, shines with its straightforward design, economic viability, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these robust switches are composed of a durable base, sturdy post insulators, premium conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for precise circuit control, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the switch achieves optimal contact pressure, ensuring smooth operation. It is maneuvered with an insulated hook stick for effective opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that might adversely affect the switch’s insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a diligent annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to ensure optimal performance.
Examine all parts for any damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle, ensuring it is free of damage and cracks.
Confirm the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
