(H)GWBEB Type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, commonly referred to as an Isolation Disconnect Switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, while maintaining voltage presence without any load.
This switch is crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting an elegant and uncomplicated design that ensures both cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. The switch comes in various rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it versatile for diverse needs. It comprises essential components such as a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, all working in harmony. The switch utilizes a sophisticated gate knife structure to perform its opening and closing functions. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved, ensuring reliable functionality of the switch's gate knife. Operation is enhanced with the use of an insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing actions, complemented by a strategic self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
This product is designed for locations where the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters.
It operates effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C.
It withstands outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second.
The switch can endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ideal installation sites are free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
