(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also celebrated as an isolating disconnect switch, has been meticulously crafted for performance on high-stakes 10(12, 15, 24)kV power transmission and distribution lines. This switch excels in safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while bearing voltage, yet without the load, ensuring safety and reliability at every operation.
Designed for single-phase application within three-phase systems, this switch stands out with its simplistic design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It offers a versatile array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The composition includes a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive elements, and a precise mechanical section. Its gate knife structure expertly opens and closes circuits, where each phase incorporates two conductive blades fortified with external compression springs on each side. Through meticulous spring height adjustment, optimal contact pressure is assured at the switch's gate knife. Seamless operation is achieved via an insulated hook stick, accompanied by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Operates effectively at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperature extremes: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to manage seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductive properties.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Routine Maintenance: Inspect the following components of the switch rigorously each year:
Carefully remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain conductivity and insulation integrity.
Conduct a thorough inspection for damages across all parts, with particular focus on identifying any cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Confirm the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure continued reliability.
