(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, famously known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It serves the crucial role of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with the presence of voltage but devoid of load.
This switch is brilliantly designed for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, boasting a simplistic structure, economic viability, and user-friendly interface. It is available in a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's construction features a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment. It employs a gate knife mechanism for circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades supported by external compression springs on either side. The spring height can be adjusted to ensure the optimal contact pressure required for efficient operation. An insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing actions, while a self-locking device enhances security.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature should remain within the range: a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not descending below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should not exceed 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation location must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER NEGOTIATIONS WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections on the following components of the switch:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, with particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
