The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This device excels in its pivotal role of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits in situations where there is no load, yet voltage is present, ensuring a seamless and secure operation.
Intended specifically for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its straightforward design, economic viability, and user-friendly nature. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is constructed with a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. A gate knife mechanism is integrated for efficient circuit control. The gate knife for each phase includes two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides to ensure optimal contact pressure, which can be adjusted by modifying the spring height. The switch is manipulated with an insulated hook stick for accurate opening and closing actions, and it is equipped with a reliable self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
The device is designed for installation at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
It can operate efficiently within an ambient temperature range of a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
It is resilient to outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
It withstands a seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, provided the site does not frequently experience severe vibrations;
The ideal installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED THE STANDARD PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ADJUSTMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.

Recommended annual inspection checklist includes:
Remove dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Inspect every part for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracking.
Verify the condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal performance.
