(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, ingeniously designed for modern electrical systems, stands as a premier solution for outdoor overhead distribution networks operating at 50Hz. Its impressive voltage range spans 10kV (12/15/35/40.5), making it an indispensable component for safeguarding circuits and electrical equipment against potential overloads or short-circuit mishaps within power systems. During normal operations, the fuse maintains tension and locks securely in the power line, ensuring seamless connectivity. In the event of a fault, its responsive design allows the fault current to blow the fuse, triggering the release of the movable joint. This rapid action causes the fuse tube to drop swiftly, effectively cutting off the circuit and providing essential safety protection during maintenance. Enhanced with an elastic contact and arc extinguishing cover, this load-type fuse excels at efficiently opening and closing the load current within the power system.

Our high-performance fuse is meticulously crafted to adhere to stringent technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses, Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 for outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses. These standards ensure superior performance and reliability under specified technical conditions, offering peace of mind and robust protection.

Working Environment:

This product is meticulously engineered to perform reliably across a wide ambient temperature range, from a chilly -40°C to a warm +40°C, ensuring durable and consistent performance in diverse climates.

With a remarkable relative humidity tolerance, where the daily average does not exceed 95% and the monthly average remains below 90%, this fuse is constructed to withstand humid environments, maintaining optimal performance.

Its suitability extends to altitudes not exceeding 3000 meters, accommodating a wide variety of geographical locations with ease.

Designed to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 34 meters per second, this fuse maintains its stability and functionality, even in challenging windy conditions.

The installation site must be free from fire, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases, and should be well-ventilated to ensure optimal performance and safety, preserving the integrity of the fuse.
