(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously designed for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly handles the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without the need for load but with voltage present.
Specifically crafted for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its uncomplicated structure, exceptional cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. It offers a diverse range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a sophisticated mechanical section. A precision-engineered gate knife structure facilitates the seamless opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife is meticulously designed with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side, with adjustable spring height to ensure optimal contact pressure. The switch operation is performed with an insulated hook stick, enhancing the safety of opening and closing actions, and it is equipped with a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude: should not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: ideally no higher than +40°C and no lower than -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed: should remain below 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity: must not exceed 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation site must remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS MAY ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently clear conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces of any dirt to maintain optimal conductivity.
Inspect all components for signs of damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any potential damage or cracking.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition for reliable performance.
