Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a high-performing solution expertly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This advanced isolation disconnect switch is engineered to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, even while voltage is present, ensuring optimal functionality without carrying load.
Tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is lauded for its straightforward design, cost efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Choose from a versatile range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's architecture comprises a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a precision mechanical section. At the heart of its operation is a gate knife structure, adept at circuit management. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously constructed with dual conductive blades and fortified by external compression springs. These springs are adjustable in height to ensure the optimal contact pressure essential for reliable switching. Operation is effortlessly executed using an insulated hook stick with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Engineered to perform at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operational within an ambient temperature range of +40°C maximum to -30°C minimum;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, suitable for installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Optimal performance in environments free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could adversely affect insulation and conductivity.
