Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also fondly referred to as the isolation disconnect switch. Developed for use on high voltage power transmission lines of 10(12, 15, 24)kV, it elegantly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits sans load, yet with voltage. A testament to advanced engineering, this switch is designed to seamlessly integrate into your high-voltage infrastructure.
Crafted for single-phase deployment in three-phase line systems, this switch is defined by its straightforward design, budget-friendly cost, and user-friendly operation. It accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The assembly comprises a robust base, steadfast post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section, using a gate knife structure for circuit management. With its dual conductive blades fortified by external compression springs, each phase is engineered for precision contact pressure. Operate effortlessly with an insulated hook stick and benefit from a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Resilient to outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Endures seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees; ideal for locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could degrade the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE ABOVE STANDARDS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Inspection Checklist:
Carefully remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Conduct a thorough inspection for any damage, with particular focus on identifying damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal condition.
