(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This state-of-the-art device is proficient in managing the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, effortlessly handling scenarios where voltage is present but there is no load.
The switch is tailor-made for single-phase integration within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, economical pricing, and user-friendly operation. It caters to a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The robust construction comprises a durable base, dependable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a seamless mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. The spring height can be meticulously adjusted to ensure optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. For user convenience, the switch can be operated with an insulated hook stick and includes a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: With a maximum threshold of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Should not surpass 8 degrees; a stable installation site free from frequent severe vibrations is essential.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
It is essential to conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Methodically remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to ensure optimal functionality.
Thoroughly inspect all components for signs of damage, with particular focus on detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
