This isolation disconnect switch is meticulously crafted to efficiently manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring optimal performance even when voltage is present, without the added load.
The switch is ingeniously tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, celebrated for its straightforward design, economic feasibility, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it versatile for various applications. Constructed from a robust base, superior post insulators, high-quality conductive components, and an advanced mechanical section, it utilizes a sophisticated gate knife mechanism for seamless circuit management. Each phase's gate knife comprises dual conductive blades, reinforced with external compression springs on either side, allowing precise adjustment of the spring height to achieve optimal contact pressure. The switch is effortlessly operated using an insulated hook stick, and is equipped with a reliable self-locking device for enhanced safety and efficiency.
Working Environment:
Designed to function flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperature variations from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to perform effectively in outdoor conditions with wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation integrity and conductivity efficiency.
