Discover the robust (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, exquisitely crafted for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24) kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This isolation disconnect switch is engineered to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, even under voltage conditions, but without load.
This switch is a masterpiece of efficiency, ideal for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward design, remarkable cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, its composition includes a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure guarantees precise circuit control, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs. Adjusting these springs ensures optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick for easy opening and closing, the switch is equipped with a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Perfectly suited for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -30°C to a sweltering +40°C;
Designed to perform in outdoor conditions with wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensity of up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in regions without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, WE WELCOME USERS TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Preparations
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition.
