(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, popularly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, without handling load, yet maintaining voltage presence.
Meticulously designed for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple yet robust structure, offering both cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switch is composed of a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. It employs a gate knife structure for circuit operations, where each phase's gate knife comprises two conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on both sides. The adjustable spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for premier performance. The switch's operation is straightforward, utilizing an insulated hook stick for maneuvering and includes a self-locking device for secure operations.
Working Environment:
The installation site should be at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature must adhere to a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
It must withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
It should endure a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring the location is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Furthermore, the site must be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other potentially explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check on the following switch components:
Efficiently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface.
Diligently inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention given to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts maintains optimal functionality.
