Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pivotal component known as an isolation disconnect switch. Engineered for exceptional performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch seamlessly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage conditions, yet without a load.
Crafted for unparalleled efficiency, this switch is tailored for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, boasting a simplistic design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. The array of available rated currents spans 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps. The switch's architecture comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. Central to its operation is the innovative gate knife structure, designed for flawless circuit engagement and disengagement. Each phase utilizes a dual conductive blade configuration, reinforced with external compression springs on either end. By adjusting spring height, the essential contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is effortlessly achieved. The switch's operation is simplified with an insulated hook stick, ensuring reliable opening and closing, complete with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Adaptable to ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, while providing a stable installation site free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS MAY ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following parts of the switch:
Efficiently remove any accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for signs of damage, with a focus on identifying any impairments or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Assess the conductive part's contact surfaces to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
