Tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its simple yet effective structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Offered in a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is constructed with a durable base, strong post insulators, integral conductive parts, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. The innovative gate knife mechanism, featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs, ensures optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring height. Operable via an insulated hook stick, this switch also incorporates a self-locking device for enhanced safety and functionality.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds must remain below 35 meters per second;
The seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees, and the installation site must be free of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that may severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure regular annual inspections of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from the conductive components, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain optimal electrical performance.
Examine all components carefully for any signs of damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottles for potential damage or cracking.
Verify the condition of the contact surfaces within the conductive parts to ensure excellent connectivity and performance.
