The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device is designed to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, maintaining safety and continuity even in the presence of voltage.
This advanced switch is tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design that combines cost-effectiveness with user-friendly operation. It is available in a diverse range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring flexibility for various applications. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, precision-engineered conductive parts, and a mechanical section optimized for reliability. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades complemented by external compression springs, ensuring optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring height. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick, offering seamless opening and closing actions, and is secured by an innovative self-locking device.
Working Environment:
The installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature must remain within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should be kept below 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees, and the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation Protocol
Annual Maintenance Protocol: Regularly conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Eliminate any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain peak performance.
Inspect all parts carefully for damage, with particular attention to identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition.
