(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless integration on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring optimal performance without load transfer.
This switch is designed for single-phase operation in three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure, economic advantages, and user-friendly features. The available rated currents encompass 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is composed of a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates smooth circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife incorporates dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs for balanced pressure. The adjustable spring height guarantees precise contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operation is performed using an insulated hook stick for reliable opening and closing maneuvers, and includes a dependable self-locking device for security.
Working Environment:
The installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature requirements: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C.
Outdoor wind conditions should not surpass a speed of 35 meters/second;
The seismic intensity at the installation site should not exceed 8 degrees; ensure the area is free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation location must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, and dirt, as well as any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
