Unveiling the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, this remarkable device, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, yet without a load.
This switch is tailored for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its streamlined structure, affordability, and user-friendly design. It is available in a wide range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Structurally, these switches are composed of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades and features external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the required contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is ensured. Operation is conducted with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Designed to operate at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures: with a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Built to tolerate seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, with the installation site free from frequent and severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a particular focus on identifying any issues with the insulating porcelain bottle, such as damage or cracks.
Examine the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal integrity and performance.
