(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, elegantly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while maintaining voltage presence.
This switch is exquisitely designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure, budget-friendly cost, and user-friendly operation. The available rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—ensure versatility and adaptability. Comprising a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical assembly, the switch employs a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is composed of two premium conductive blades, fortified by external compression springs on either side. By fine-tuning the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife is achieved. The switch's operations are deftly managed with an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing maneuvers, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Elegantly suited for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature exquisitely maintained: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed gracefully managed, not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be void of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums, ensuring the switch's insulation and conductivity remain unimpaired.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles, maintaining pristine conditions.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, focusing especially on the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal integrity.
