The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even when voltage is present, ensuring seamless operation.
Designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward structure, making it both economical and user-friendly. It is offered in an array of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The robust construction includes a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, all integrated with a gate knife structure for efficient circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, bolstered by external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height is a breeze, allowing you to achieve the precise contact pressure required for optimal switch performance. An insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing operations, complemented by a secure self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
Ideal operating conditions include an altitude not exceeding 1,000 meters;
The ambient temperature range is perfectly suited for temperatures up to +40°C and down to -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability even in environments prone to frequent vibrations.
The installation area must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could seriously impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a comprehensive annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain high performance.
Diligently inspect all parts for damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part is in optimal condition, checking for any abnormalities.
