(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, famously known as the isolation disconnect switch, has been expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. This operation occurs without load but with voltage present, offering unparalleled efficiency and reliability in high-voltage applications.
This innovative switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. Distinguished by its straightforward construction, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation, it is available in a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. It comprises a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, featuring a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is expertly designed with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both flanks. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is precisely achieved. The switch operation is executed with an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions, enhanced by a robust self-locking device ensuring secure operation.
Working Environment:
Altitude: The installation site must be at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient Temperature: The environment should maintain a temperature range with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, providing excellent adaptability to diverse climatic conditions.
Outdoor Wind Speed: The switch is resilient against wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second, maintaining its stability and operational integrity.
Seismic Intensity: The site should have a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring that the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY, ensuring bespoke solutions tailored to unique environmental requirements.

Annual Maintenance: It is imperative to annually inspect the following components of the switch meticulously:
Remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles, ensuring cleanliness and optimal conductivity.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all parts for damage, paying special attention to detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal condition, ensuring sustained performance and reliability.
