The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without handling any load, even when voltage is present, showcasing reliability when it matters most.
Designed specifically for single-phase integration within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Its gate knife structure is paramount for seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife includes dual conductive blades with external compression springs on either side. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch is maneuvered via an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, and it boasts a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions: maximum should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not fall below -30°C;
It withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed for seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following components of the switch:
Clear any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain efficiency.
Diligently check all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
