The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation within 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution networks. This essential device enables the secure opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage presence sans load, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Designed with precision for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its straightforward structure, economical design, and user-friendly nature. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are comprised of a robust base, resilient post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a sophisticated mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure, each phase includes a pair of conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on both sides. The contact pressure is finely tuned by adjusting the spring height, ensuring the switch's gate knife functions impeccably. An insulated hook stick is employed for seamless opening and closing, alongside a reliable self-locking device to guarantee secure operations.
Working Environment:
The altitude of the installation site should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions: a maximum of +40°C and not dropping below -30°C;
The wind speed outdoors should remain under 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity must not surpass 8 degrees; with the site free from recurrent intense vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, grime, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could severely impact the switch's insulation integrity and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD NORMAL CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct thorough inspections on the following switch components:
Diligently remove any buildup of dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all elements for any signs of damage, with particular focus on potential damages or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive components maintains optimal conditions.
