(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its design facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load yet with the voltage existent.
This switch, adept for single-phase utilization in three-phase line systems, is distinguished by its straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendliness. The switch is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, embodying a comprehensive range of applications. It comprises a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment. The innovative gate knife structure ensures precise circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is designed with dual conductive blades, equipped with external compression springs on either side. By modulating the spring height, the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. This switch operates using an insulated hook stick, and is enhanced with a self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: a maximum of +40°C, and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should remain below 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could seriously impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD CONDITIONS EXCEED THESE NORMAL PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Examine all components for damage, with particular focus on detecting damages or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
