(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously crafted for utilization on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without bearing any load but with voltage present, ensuring exceptional reliability and performance.
This highly efficient switch is intended for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design that embodies both cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. Available rated currents span from 200 to a robust 1250 amps, making it versatile for various applications. Each switch comprises an expertly engineered base, sturdy post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a sophisticated mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure is employed for precise circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife featuring two premium conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. The springs' height can be adjusted to achieve optimal contact pressure, enhancing the switch's gate knife engagement. Furthermore, operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick for secure and efficient opening and closing, complemented by a self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
The installation site should be at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature should be carefully monitored, with the maximum not surpassing +40°C and the minimum not dropping below -30°C, to maintain the switch's integrity.
The switch is designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second, ensuring durability and reliability even in challenging conditions.
The installation location must not experience seismic intensity beyond 8 degrees, nor should it be prone to frequent severe vibrations, safeguarding the switch's operational stability.
To preserve the switch's insulation and conductivity, the installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect performance.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a comprehensive annual inspection of the switch's components to maintain peak performance:
Ensure the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles are free from dirt, promoting optimal conductivity and performance.
Thoroughly check each component for signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Verify the quality and condition of the conductive parts' contact surfaces to ensure they meet the highest standards.
