(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, famously known as the isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is engineered to proficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, all without load.
The switch is masterfully designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, acclaimed for its straightforward architecture, economic viability, and effortless usability. It comes in an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The structural elements of these switches include a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment. Employing a gate knife structure, it facilitates precise circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, featuring external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the switch ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. An insulated hook stick is employed for operational efficiency in opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device for safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Not to exceed a majestic 1000 meters above sea level;
Ambient Temperature: Maximum should not rise above a balmy +40°C; Minimum should not fall below a crisp -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Should remain under 35 meters per second to ensure stability;
Seismic Intensity: Should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure longevity.
Installation Environment: The site should be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could potentially impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER IS ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN A DISCUSSION WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Ensure regular annual inspections include the following parts of the switch:
Dirt Removal: Meticulously clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal operation.
Damage Inspection: Conduct a thorough examination of all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Contact Surface Check: Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition to ensure efficiency.
