Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a marvel of engineering innovation, commonly referred to as the isolation disconnect switch. This extraordinary piece of technology is meticulously crafted for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present, yet without load—ensuring safety and reliability in operation.
Designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its straightforward design, economical pricing, and user-friendliness. It boasts a variety of available rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The construction includes a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure, the switch facilitates the opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides, with adjustable spring heights to ensure optimal contact pressure. Operation is effortlessly executed using an insulated hook stick, which controls the switch's opening and closing actions, further enhanced by a self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
The ideal altitude for operation should not exceed 1000 meters above sea level;
The ambient temperature is perfectly suited to a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
The switch can withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second, ensuring durability against natural forces;
With a seismic resilience of up to 8 degrees, the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations, providing a stable operational environment.
The installation area must remain free of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's effectiveness in terms of insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
For sustained performance, undertake an annual examination of the following switch components:
Meticulously clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the exterior of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all parts for potential damage, with special focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Assess the quality of the contact surface of the conductive part to confirm its optimal condition.
