(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, popularly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for seamless connectivity on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Designed to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without an active load but under existing voltage, this switch offers unparalleled reliability for your power systems.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It offers versatile rated current options including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring adaptability to diverse specifications. Composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, premium conductive parts, and an intuitive mechanical section, this switch utilizes a gate knife structure, composed of two conductive blades for efficient circuit management. External compression springs on both sides can be adjusted for optimal contact pressure. This switch is effortlessly operated with an insulated hook stick and comes equipped with a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
For optimal function, the installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature must remain within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor conditions must include wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
The installation site must maintain a seismic intensity not greater than 8 degrees, ensuring safety from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXCEED SPECIFICATIONS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficient operation.
Inspect for damage, particularly checking the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or damage that might impair functionality.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure seamless operation.
