(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines operating at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. It facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring reliability and safety.
This switch is adept for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, exuding simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendliness. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches comprise a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive components, and a robust mechanical section. The gate knife structure, a hallmark of its design, enables seamless circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades flanked by external compression springs. The spring height adjustment grants optimal contact pressure essential for the switch's operation. The insulated hook stick facilitates ease in opening and closing, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Scrutinize all parts for damage, prioritizing the inspection of insulating porcelain bottles for cracks or damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts is in optimal condition.
