The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, famously known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device is equipped to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits under conditions of voltage presence, yet no load, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety.
This switch is meticulously designed for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and unparalleled ease of use. Available in a range of rated currents, from 200 to 1250 amps, it comprises a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive elements, and a precision mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is precisely achieved. The switch's operation is further enhanced by an insulated hook stick for secure opening and closing, complete with a self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring reliable performance in diverse environments;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, adapting to both extreme heat and cold;
Suitable for outdoor conditions with wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second, maintaining operational integrity;
Built to endure seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations, ensuring structural stability.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could critically impact the switch's insulation and conductivity, ensuring long-term reliability.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN CONSULTATION WITH THE COMPANY TO DISCUSS CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform regular annual inspections on the following switch components:
Carefully remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Thoroughly inspect all components for damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts maintains excellence and integrity.
