(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, has been expertly crafted for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary role is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with the presence of voltage, ensuring optimal operational safety and reliability.
Engineered for single-phase operation in three-phase line systems, this switch is lauded for its minimalistic design, affordability, and user-friendly interface. It comes in an array of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, to meet diverse applications. The architecture of these switches comprises a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. The gate knife structure, pivotal for circuit operations, includes two conductive blades per phase, supported by external compression springs strategically placed on either side. The height of these springs can be adjusted to attain the precise contact pressure required for the switch's gate knife. This switch's operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, allowing for straightforward opening and closing actions, complemented by a robust self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
The switch operates flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE SPECIFIED LIMITS, USERS ARE INVITED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual review of the following switch components:
Cleanse conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces of any dirt or debris.
Inspect all components meticulously for potential damage, with a focus on ensuring the insulating porcelain bottle remains intact and free from cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of conductive parts maintain optimal integrity.
